About John Bigay

Stillpoint is the consulting practice of John Bigay.

I am a senior commercial leader with more than two decades of experience helping organizations grow through periods of change. I have served as both Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer and have led teams across product, marketing, sales, and customer experience.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. I help leadership teams redesign how work actually happens so strategy turns into coordinated action.

I have advised leadership teams since 2014. Most recently, I served as Chief Revenue Officer at Universal Audio, where I led global marketing, sales, and customer experience through a subscription transformation.
